Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Enzonic Relay (relay.enzonic.com, the relay nodes and the agent), operated by Enzonic LLC ("Enzonic", "we"). By creating a tunnel or installing the agent you agree to them. Questions: admin@enzonic.com.

The service

Enzonic Relay forwards network traffic from players to a server you run, through relay nodes we operate. You need an Enzonic account. You are responsible for the servers you expose and for everything that passes through your tunnels.

Your responsibilities

  • Follow the acceptable use policy and the law where you and your players are.
  • Keep agent keys and API keys secret. Revoke them in the dashboard if they leak.
  • Only expose software you have the right to run and share.

Suspension

We may pause or remove tunnels, agents, domains or accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use policy, that put the service or other users at risk, or when required by law. Where we can, we tell you why.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel in the billing portal. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, paid features continue for a 7-day grace period; after that the account moves to Free limits and resources over those limits pause. Nothing is deleted because of a downgrade.

Availability

We work to keep the relay fast and available, with failover between nodes, but the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uptime. To the extent the law allows, Enzonic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this site before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
