Frequently asked questions
What is Enzonic Relay?
A tunnel service for game servers. A small agent next to your server keeps an outbound, encrypted connection to a relay node; players connect to the relay, which passes their traffic to your server. No port forwarding is needed.
Is it free?
Yes. Free includes 6 tunnels, 3 agents, 20 players at once per tunnel and 100 GB a month. Plus is $2.49 a month or $24 a year, and Pro is $5.99 a month or $59 a year.
What address do players use?
Java players type yourname.r.enzonic.dev with no port. Bedrock and generic tunnels use a relay node host and a dedicated port shown on the tunnel.
Which games work?
Minecraft Java and Bedrock, and any game that uses TCP or UDP ports through generic tunnels. On the free plan, generic tunnels refuse web traffic (HTTP, TLS and QUIC).
Where are the relay nodes?
In London, Frankfurt, Singapore and Bangalore. Pick one or let Enzonic Relay choose the nearest healthy region.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Plus (3 domains) and Pro (20 domains), with a CNAME or SRV record and TXT verification.
Is there an API?
Yes, a REST API with scoped keys on Plus (60 requests per minute) and Pro (300 per minute), documented with OpenAPI.
Which systems does the agent run on?
Windows, macOS and Linux, as a background service. Install it with one command from the download page.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a 7-day grace period, then the account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted; anything over the free limits pauses.
Does it work with the Enzonic Launcher?
Yes. The launcher's Host button uses Enzonic Relay without an agent. Signed out, it shares one Java server with a temporary address that changes each session; signed in, it uses your free plan and a name you keep.
Is Enzonic Relay an official Minecraft service?
No. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
