Privacy Policy

Enzonic LLC operates Enzonic Relay. This policy explains what we collect to run it. Contact: admin@enzonic.com.

What we store

  • Account: your Enzonic account id (from our sign-in provider, Clerk), your plan and subscription status.
  • Tunnel metadata: tunnel names, protocols, local ports, regions, custom domains, agent names, platforms and versions, and when agents were last online.
  • Aggregate traffic: per tunnel and per hour, bytes in and out, connection counts and peak player counts, kept for your plan's stats window, plus monthly transfer totals for billing limits.
  • Keys: agent and API keys are stored only as hashes.
  • Abuse reports: what you submit, including an email if you give one.

Player IP addresses

Relay nodes see the IP address of every player who connects, because they have to forward the traffic. Enzonic does not store player IP addresses beyond transient, in-memory rate limiting and connection limits on the node handling the connection. The node tells your agent each player's address when a connection opens; the agent runs on your machine, under your control.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to know your plan.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that run the service (Clerk for sign-in, Stripe for payments, our database and hosting providers) and when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can delete tunnels, agents, domains and API keys at any time in the dashboard. To delete your account data, email us from your account's address.
